   Warning: Malicious Company!

   BEWARE! PLEASE READ! WARNING! Let me share a chilling tale of unfortunate dealings with Pool Care Solutions. A Pentair Service Provider recently dropped a bombshell on me, declaring, “This could’ve only been done maliciously by them (Pool Care Solutions).” Little did I know the depths of deception I would uncover.

   After suffering for a grueling 1.5 years under their “care,” I finally pulled the plug on my relationship with Pool Care Solutions and, in the process, spent approximately $10,000. I was also on the precipice of forking over a staggering $11,000 for a Heat Pump installation by these malevolent entities, an impending disaster I thankfully canceled just in the nick of time.

   The horror stories accumulated over time. One of the first red flags waved when they replaced a perfectly functional pump last year in our new community. My husband was so incensed by this blatant cash-grab that he refused to engage with them anymore, leaving me to bear the brunt of the interaction.

   The nightmare didn’t end there. Weeks ago, they performed a routine cleaning of our filter, Hot Tub, Edge Pump, and Pool heater. Magically, these crucial components decided to go on strike shortly after. I contacted them, pleading for a remedy. Four days of silence passed, and I was alarmed to spot their service vehicle at a neighbor’s house. Their audacity knew no bounds when they assured me that they had “stopped by and everything is fine,” blatantly disregarding the evidence recorded by my Nest cameras. I reached out again, tersely informing them that the issue remained unresolved. Still, nothing but the cold shoulder.

   Finally, in desperation, I suspended the $11k Heat Pump installation, informing them of my intent to search for someone competent enough to address the existing issues. Their nonchalant response was a curt, “…Ok, we’ll stop service.”

   Just when I thought my ordeal might come to an end, a new service technician arrived on the scene. He uncovered a diabolical plot, revealing a wire intentionally exposed above a bed of rocks. With a tone of disbelief, he exclaimed, “This was MALICIOUSLY done. This isn’t even something you could trip over, and you can see by the way the wires are stripped. Whoever did this knew what they were doing, and it was done maliciously.” He painstakingly illustrated the act of sabotage. It was a jaw-dropping revelation.

   I scoured my photo archive, verifying his claims as he stood there. Astonishingly, the wire had not been visible above the rocks previously. The technician not only rectified the situation but took the extra step to re-bury the wires to the pump. A sinister act had been committed on my property, and Pool Care Solutions was the only plausible culprit.

   This nightmarish encounter begs the question: What kind of malevolent entity would deliberately damage pool equipment out of sheer malice? This is precisely why I find myself compelled to share this cautionary tale in the form of a review. BEWARE of Pool Care Solutions, for they are a menace in the disguise of a pool service provider. The technician’s observation that anyone seeing the wire across the rocks would recognize its significance adds another layer of suspicion to their previous actions. Had their technician truly visited, this oversight should have been impossible to miss. Yet they remained strangely oblivious to the glaring sabotage.

   I have concrete evidence of their malevolence, including photos and the honest account of a technician who had no incentive to deceive. It is imperative that others heed my warning and exercise extreme caution when dealing with this sinister entity. A business capable of such reprehensible conduct is a terrifying aberration, and I fully intend to file a complaint with the California Attorney General’s Office to ensure a record of their devious behavior is on file.

   In conclusion, let these haunting words ring in your ears: “This was maliciously done.” This review serves as a grim testament to the horrors I have endured, and I implore you to BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!

   I’ve been a very satisfied customer for 10 years. The standard weekly maintenance service has always been excellent. The extra services, when necessary, have also been performed expertly: bead blasting, acid wash, equipment repair/replacement/installation, WI-FI automation, new tile installation, etc. Very highly recommended.

   Mediocre residential service for a high price. Inconsistent service quality. Suggest that you monitor their activities and services. They’ll tend to use your pump and filter to clean the bottom of pool (instead of the one on their truck) and then gladly charge $85 to clean your filter. Their list of services indicates they use their equipment. For $225 a month, this is ridiculous. I’ve made several calls to service manager, platitudes and excuses don’t justify the cost. Keep scrolling, don’t stop here…

   Awesome experience! I have been trying to find a company that would replace a Pentair Globrite in my pool when I stumbled upon Pool Care Solutions online. Abraham showed up at my house and was incredibly professional and courteous. He assured me the job would be easy and would be on his way in no time. He was right. I would highly recommend this company, especially if you have Pentair pool parts. Well done!
