   Rudy is well experienced with sprinkler system and very professional. He provided a free estimate and diagnosed the issue with wiring within few minutes. He was able to fix the wiring system at very affordable price. My experience with another services (Just sprinklers) was not good. Their technician had very poor knowledge and I ended up paying $400 for his labor and estimate, and he gave me a quote for $3000 to change the wiring! I am glad I was able to hire Rudy and I am very pleased with his service.

   Scheduled replacement of sprinkler timer with Discount Sprinklers. Repairman was over an hour late. Hugo (Repairman) was very nice and worked efficiently. When he started preparing my bill, I told him the man (I assume was Rudy) told me that he said the bill would be $180. but he would give me a break and it would be $160 something. Hugo brought the invoice and the total was 225.75. He called Rudy and then told me i was given a break on the labor from $80 to $60. My bill would still not be around $160. I should have requested a written estimate and hopefully they can work on their schedule to be a little more accurate.

   Rudy was great. I was in a time crunch and needed my backflow preventer repaired or replaced. He scheduled me in quickly and when there was a cancelation, he called me and came right over. He was very professional and freindly we talked about several options including a rebuild or replacement, really helpful. When I came to the decision he was very responsive and great at communicating when he could be out there, again and whenever he had an opening he was over when he said he would. He worked very effeciently. The price was absolutely fair. Gave great advice and ideas for future plans. Thanks again.

   Called Rudy about my back yard system quit working,,, after putting in new sod. He came out and took a look, LOOSE WIRE! ugh haha No charge!! HUH? That’s customer service! Awesome guy, will be coming back to do some other work we need done, very knowledgeable and look forward to him handling our other issue that needs some work done! Highly recommend!
