I have been meaning to write this review for quite some time, and I’m finally getting around to it. We had the pleasure of working with Primitivo and his team last year, after a friend recommended him to us. I’m so glad we found him!
After interviewing several contractors, we immediately knew Primitivo was the right fit for our project. After rebuilding our home due to fire damage, we needed a complete redesign of both our front and backyard. Primitivo from Irritech was recommended to us by our landscape designer, and we couldn’t be happier with the referral.
From the very beginning, Primitivo was prompt, professional, and responsive. He provided a detailed quote and took the time to walk us through every step of the process. His suggestions throughout the project were thoughtful and tailored to our vision, helping everything come together beautifully.
Even after the original contract was signed, we made a few changes and added some items. The pricing for these change orders was fair and reasonable. His crew worked diligently to complete the project within our planned timeline.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I had a busted main water line that burst in the middle of the driveway. Primitivo had done an excellent job for me with my landscaping and knew he did more than that. I called him in a panic of what to do. He responded in a timely manner, gave me an estimate and began the work within a week. It took me some time to figure out the design and color and they were very patient with me. I had them tear out the walkway and entrance and match the driveway design. Special design at the entrance where I placed the pavers to match the 70 yr old brick on the wall. They came every day at the crack off dawn and left at a reasonable time. You’ll never regret working with Primitivo and his crew! See photos of the brown and gray framed driveway and walkway.
Top notch landscaping company. Quick to respond, understood our designer’s plan, provided great advice on how to implement and added ideas and improvements. Above all, execution was professional with great attention to quality and detail. Highly recommended.
