   Mike and team came to rescue me.
   I was stuck with the company that keep me on tomorrow tomorrow and never show up work on my hood system. Which delay my business opening date back to months.

   Mike and team came and finished whole job within 2 days and got the certified/approve with fire inspection.

   I highly recommend this company. They repaired a residential sprinkler system that was never turned on by the installers ten years ago and we had no idea until a house sale inspection. They fixed multiple leaks and broken parts and got the system up and running again. Knowing the system is working gives us great peace of mind. I learned a great deal about the system functions along the way. I also learned that though the city mandates such systems with house additions, and requires detailed engineered plans, that the city never looks at or inspects such systems, therefore allowing unscrupulous installers to do whatever they like, which in our case was a non- working, defective system. This team was hard working, knowledgeable, and great communicators. We’re quite grateful for their patience and persistence in repairing all the errors previously made by a disreputable company. Bravo and thanks!

   Used them for many years and after new ownership was taken over customer service has gone down the drain. Somone called me saying I was being put on a do not work list with no explanation and than hung up on me . When I called back I was told they are in the business of making money not giving things away ! Understandably all business are in the business to make “money” but a random charge I was unaware of and got no explanation as to what was owed . I repedatly asked what the amount was for him to talk over me and be rude is unprofessional and down right disrespectful! I hope they do not speak to all their customers this way un the future.
