   Majestic has been great servicing my pool. It is always clean and sparkling, the folks are nice, honest, and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for?

   Inept at best. When I bought my current home, Majestic was the pool service provider so keep them on for a month, was completely disappointed but communicated my issues and gave them another month to improve. And things got worse, much worse. A milky film covered the bottom, algae started growing on the sides, and they repeatedly failed to get the pool sweep operating properly. I switched to American River Pool Service and could not be happier with both their service and my sparkling pool. They found metal bristles in the sweep bag and asked that I not use a metal brush on the pool sides and just let them use their nylon brushes. Guess who had been using metal brushes on my nice pebble tech pool.. Like night and day.

   Majestic Pool Service is EXCELLENT! I have used their services for over a decade and would highly recommend them.
   The owner, Alex Gutierrez, is fabulous – honest, kind, hard working, and always responds personally and quickly to any concern or pool emergency. A most impressive company!!!

   I didn’t have work done by them. I was on the freeway and one driver of this company was driving really aggressively, rubbernecking etc. I was in my lane and I thought he was going to hit me but at the last moment he changed lanes.

   These drivers should be more safe and courteous.
