Jerry, Fatima, and the entire team at Maldonado Landscaping are amazing to work with. They’re incredibly passionate about what they do, take pride in the quality of their work, and genuinely care about their clients. I would hands down recommend them to anyone looking to make a change. Give them a call—you won’t be disappointed!
Their truck just launched loose PVC irrigation pipe onto US 183, creating a dangerous situation. The driver was completely oblivious and talking on a cell phone.
We selected Maldonado to enhance our community entry landscaping based on strong referrals. The project went well thanks to the oversight of our project manager who was very responsive in handling all aspects of our project. These guys do good work!
Update – 30 Days Later
Since my original review, there has been a significant improvement. The previous account manager is no longer overseeing our property, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the performance of our new manager.
The crews now arrive on a consistent schedule and follow clear, structured guidelines. We’ve seen a marked improvement in both the weekly service and the overall health and appearance of our landscape.
We’re encouraged by the progress and appreciate the renewed attention to our community. If this level of service continues, we look forward to updating this review again in the future to reflect sustained performance.

Our experience with Maldonado Landscaping has been frustrating and disappointing. Their mission statement emphasizes unparalleled customer service and a strong work ethic, but in reality, we have encountered the opposite.
Scheduling has been a constant issue—they do not maintain a consistent schedule, and their reliability is nonexistent. Our account manager, Josh, repeatedly over-promises and under-delivers. We are frequently told, “We’ll be there tomorrow,” only for them to never show up. Worse, there is no communication when plans change; we always have to reach out to find out why no one has arrived.
As the landscaping company responsible for maintaining our 24-unit condo community, their lack of accountability is glaring. The property looks neglected, and despite multiple conversations expressing our concerns, nothing improves.
If you’re looking for a dependable, professional landscaping service, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
These people are true scammers. They promise you whatever you want just to get you to sign their proposal. Their employees are willing to put you to voicemail or pass you around and take a message when you need to know what is happening. They say that you have 30 net days to pay your bill, but after 10 days, they put a lien on your house. Please please choose another company for your landscaping needs.
