   The neighbor’s tree overhung over our property so we contacted Cottonwood Tree Service and William came out to give us an estimate. We were impressed by his credentials and he readily answered all our questions. He came out in short order with his crew and bucket truck. He personally did the trimming and cutting of the tree and used a rope to lower the sections of the tree. He and his crew left the area clean of debris. We were extremely happy with his services.

   Will is an experienced arborist. His experience with trees, shrubs, and their health is very valuable. He has the tools to do the big jobs, and the experience to handle some monstrous trees safely. He’s one of the friendliest persons you would ever meet. He is very responsive. He will be there when you need him, or he will let you know when he can. He doesn’t leave you, in your time of need. You can count on him.

   Thank you for helping care for our Sonora Mountain Palo Verde Tree for several years. Will treated it for pest, has trimmed it twice, and instructed us on how to care for it. It is a beautiful tree thanks to his expertise.

   Kent Hellman

   I called this company three times to get a bid on removing several trees. I left my name, phone number and what I was requesting but I could not get them to call me back. I don’t know if they are competitive, good, bad or best but I do know I would not use them because their customer service is terrible.
