Great service and response time. We are very happy with Leisure Time Pool Service. We have full service at this time and the techs are amazing. The rates are very reasonable. They have great communication in the office and in the field. Whenever there is an issue with the pool or equipment, we can call or email and receive a timely and quality response. Whether it is problematic hoses on the pool sweep or equipment questions, they are happy to help. The chemicals are balanced well and the pool is swept and debris removed weekly. I highly recommend this service (especially since we have had not-so-great service in the past)!

Horrible experience! We had a leak in our spa. They charged us $150 for diagnostic, which was ok. They said that we need to replace a part in order to fix the leak. I said ok. They ordrred the part, came in and installed it, charged us another $400 and said that it’s fixed. Two days later the spa started leaking again! I called them and they came back few days later. After the inspection their employee notified me that when they replaced the part last time something else must have broke and that it happens sometimes. They also said that they would have to take the walls of the spa off to figure out what’s wrong but they don’t provide this kind of service. I was like WTH? Why did you replaced something which had nothing to do with the leak at the first place??? Horrible company and horrible customer service! So $550 later my spa is still leaking. Thank you for nothing Leisure Pool😡
They addressed a warranty issue on Pentair equipment. Corrected the issue, identified incorrect installation issues, fixed for a fair price, came back out one last time to ensure everything was updated. They communicate when they will arrive, what the price is and what to expect and politely answered all my questions.
We have been very happy with our pool service through Leisure Time Pools for years. Our technician Jarred is professional and courteous. He is thorough and always communicates what he is observing with our pool. We highly recommend this business.
