   Hayden and Rozalyn are both great! Hayden was very professional and friendly. If you want a deeper, quality microneedling treatment, I recommend getting your treatment done with Rozalyn. Microneedling is definitely not the same at all medspas—some places provide a very superficial treatment. Rozalyn makes a point to go deeper when providing her treatment in order to get the best results for patients, which I value and appreciate. The neck is also included in the treatment, which is great!

   I had an amazing experience with Rozalyn. She was incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I came in feeling run down with a nasty cold, and the injections she provided made a huge difference in how quickly I started to feel better. Everything was explained clearly, and I truly felt like she cared about my health and well-being—not just rushing me through. I can’t recommend this place enough for both the quality of care and the kindness of the team. Hayden at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming.

   Firstly, Rozalyn was an absolute gem. She was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the entire process. The treatment itself was very quick, and the recovery and results were exactly as she had explained to me. I am thrilled with the outcome and couldn’t be happier with the results.

   After an incredible year of unknowns, I was struggling with stress, lack of sleep, and weight loss, which was all amplified on my face. Rozalyn went above and beyond to create a skin care plan tailored to my lifestyle, desires for my skin, budget, and schedule. Her expertise and personalized approach made all the difference.

   Hayden was equally fantastic, providing all the recovery and skin care steps needed to maximize my outcome. She was kind and understanding of my needs, really taking the time to accommodate me in every way possible.

   Together, Rozalyn and Hayden worked seamlessly throughout the procedure. They knew exactly what the other was saying and doing, which allowed for a very speedy treatment time – something I greatly appreciated, especially for a laser treatment.

   I am so grateful for the exceptional service and care I received at Reverse. I am looking forward to the next step in my new skin care regimen, and I know I will be successful with my newfound skin partners in Rozalyn and Hayden.
