Fantastic luxury swimming pool service. All technicians are so friendly and knowledgeable. I’m able to swim all year long without issue. I definitely recommend them!
Have used Modern Pool service for years, and have been relatively pleased; however they recently furnished and installed a Jandy salt cell on our system and sent an invoice for the salt cell nearly twice what the cell could be purchased at other dealers. nearly 100% markup! They refused to consider reducing the amount, so they just lost us as a customer. Beware of their pricing tactics.
Modern Pools & Service did an excellent job installing a new D.E filter for my pool. They also had to fix the dual valve for filtering and back flushing. They were very honest and did the work at a fair price.
I recently used this company to repair a broken valve due to the recent hard freeze in Houston. They were very quickly responsive, courteous and eager to help. In fact, they told me what to do to minimize damage and water leaks until they arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of pool and equipment service.
