One of the worst experiences you can ever get from this company. I actually used them for a year or so and their cleaning person would show up at my house around 6am in the morning and then didnt clean my pool cleanly (multiple times) and then once I was charged for filter cleaning that was never performed or confirmed with me and when I asked for proof, it was never provided and when I discontinued my service with them after a year, the owner suggested that I committed theft of services, whereas he still owes to return to me half of the month of services that were not performed. It is unbelievably unprofessional and suggest to stay away from them as the owner suggested he will return the remaining amount to me multiple times over the phone but never returned it.
I do not recommend this pool service. They do not always show up each week but will charge you the full amount each month. They did not come for two weeks in May. I called to express that we were frustrated, and we did not want to be charged for the full month. I also said that we were willing to find another service if necessary but were hoping to stay with them if they could just start leaving something on our door each time to verify, they had been there. When I tried to say that I was cut off by the man I was speaking with. He was rude saying he supports his workers but will cut ties with anyone who threatens to find someone else. Ummmm….I was calling because your company failed to come and service my pool and it wasn’t the first time. I said we would stay with you if you could leave something when you came but was willing to move on if you were unable to do that. For my calm, reasonable, and professional call I was met with an interrupting, short fused, irritated guy who wanted to release us because he doesn’t put up with “threats.” Do yourself a favor and find consistent pool service with good customer service when you call.
The owner is always responsive and cares about his customers. We had a problem and he took responsibility and got the problem resolved.
Great service & dependability! They have been taking care of my pool & repairs for over 5 years now! Highly recommend
The pool cleaner has a bit of a weird aftertaste but other than that it’s a good cleaning company.
