i would highly recommend Mike and his them. They have done 2 homes for my wife and i over the past 10 years and in both cases, the process was very well managed. Mike’s ability to create both hardscape and landscape is unmatched and the project management side means that he deals with all the timing, subs and quality control. i would highly recommend Cascade and have done so for many friends
My wife & I worked with Leah & Mike on designing our new pool, patio & outdoor area on our vacation home in St Augustine and they absolutely cracked it out of the park.
Besides their creativity, their pleasant demeanor & breadth of knowledge on products & installation consulting, their professional was what caught my attention and inspired me to write this review. After dealing with several other amateur contractors and struggling to even get a call back from others, having someone actually deliver on what they said they would & at such a high quality was beyond refreshing & worth celebrating.
Money well spent by us in hiring Cascade, we highly recommend them.

We used Cascade for our business landscaping and they were awesome to work with. We hired them after another design firm gave us a very ho-hum plan and we knew a more interesting design could be achieved.
Cascade is knowledgable about native plant species, worked in our budget, and creative. Their 3-D design software and presentations make you see the design and be able to envision it installed. Highly recommend.
Disappointed, the overall design was a great start but not really personalized to my needs. when I wanted to finalize some things I was told there would be an additional hourly charge. I thought I was getting a full design. Build ready. The design lacked details, not the least of which was paver choices and kitchen design. I was told these were part of the project management package rather than design, (which was an additional cost)
Nice people but I did not feel I got $2500.00 worth of designing. Considering paver companies design at no charge
Leah is amazing, she listens and understands what your needs are and definitely has the an eye for it.
Can’t wait to post the pictures when the project is completed.
