Rocky Mountain Stone was incredible to work with from start to finish. Chase was our project manager and helped us find the right countertop stone within our budget and style. The showroom was easy to visit and review our options. We went thru them for a Costco discount as well, but would have picked them regardless. Install was quick with a very friendly team that included: Larry, Juan, Rafael, and Ricardo. Chase even hooked us up with a stone gift since we had a newborn on the way!
Would highly recommend this company for professionalism, ease of use, and great pricing.
Thanks again Chase and team!!!
We had a quartzite stone fireplace surround fabricated and installed. The installation came out beautifully. Sam and Abel did an amazing job and ensured it was perfect. Everyone at RMS was very helpful. I was able to see a preview of the layout before fabrication to ensure I approved what it would look like. It came out even more beautiful than I had hoped. I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Stone.
Extremely Disappointed with Rocky Mountain stone co inc
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Rocky mountain stone Co. Inc.. They had to fabricate and install my bathroom vanity countertop three different times, and each time was a complete disaster.
• First installation: The quartz slab was cut too narrow, causing the vanity drawers to protrude out past the countertop.
• Second installation: They fabricated the sink and faucet holes on the far ends of the slab, making the entire layout look awkward and completely wrong. These were not the measurements that were taken.
• Third installation: They damaged my walls during the process and the new slab had a small crack in it that they never disclosed. Instead, they tried to hide it.
It took months and months of frustration and follow-ups just to get them to redo their own work. I eventually had to threaten legal action to get any response. Even after all that, they still left my bathroom damaged and have done nothing to correct it.
This company is incompetent, lacks accountability, and their customer service is nonexistent. I would never recommend them to anyone.
We recently had Rocky Mountain Stone install our outdoor bar top.
The entire process, from selecting the perfect stone with Karen in the office to the professional and flawless installation by Manuel and Adan, was exceptional. I am incredibly pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend their services to anyone!
Juan and Carlos were great… professional and very focused on details! I think they did a beautiful job. And the countertops look fantastic. The scenes are very difficult to even see. I appreciate the job. They did very much. I want you to know they’re great people to have working for you.
