We cannot speak highly enough of Professional Pools. We hired them to design and build our pool last summer, and it was an stress-free experience from start to finish. Justin, the owner was very easy to work with. He brought our vision to life and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend using Professional Pools as your maintenance service as our pool is always sparkling clean.
I had a problem with my pool/spa heater that another company diagnosed as a bad ignition control module. I reached out to Professional Pools for a 2nd opinion. They responded very quickly and arranged their service appointment around my schedule. During their troubleshooting, they found out that the control board was bad and recommended a new heater. Their price for heater replacement was better than the 1st company. They got the heater fairly quickly and scheduled the install shortly after. The install of the new heater was quick and clean. The technician Adrian did an amazing job explaining everything he did from troubleshooting to ensuring the new heater operated properly. When other companies won’t return your call or their schedules are a month out, Professional Pools goes above and beyond their competition. I highly recommend them!
Writing to give a compliment to Jonathan from PP who services our pool. Every week our pool looks absolutely great after he leaves and we appreciate his effort. No matter the weather, or what the weather has done to our pool he is there and without fail it is left looking great! We have a massive tree over our pool that sheds daily into the pool so we know it if a tough task and a lot of effort goes in to getting to the form Jon leaves it. Just wanted to say thank you !

Great impression from the instruction from one of the owners when we moved into our home (first-time pool for us). That’s worth a star. And the first water chemical tech we had was great. That’s worth another star. But it all goes downhill from there. Poor office communication. Confusing invoice system, with invoices sent for work that “needs doing”, even though I just did it myself. They say they’ll be there on a day for something and they aren’t. Then they show up when unexpected. They did a great install on my fence, but it’s not where I would have put it had I been there (they came unexpectedly). And they also installed the wrong color, with no attempt to fix/compensate when I pointed it out! The last chemical tech would come and do absolutely nothing, so after a year, was happy to switch to another company

First, it kind of blew me away that it took 2 YEARS for you to reply to my review. Says a lot for your communication style. It seems no one there knows what anyone else is doing. Glad you FINALLY admit to receiving the email that we wanted the brown fence. It is definitely black. Would have been nice to get this kind of attention back when I was your customer.
