An unbelievably positive experience with Austin Outdoor Living Group from beginning to end.
Working with Michael and Bubba as well as all of the workers was fantastic.
From coming up with the design all the way to the attention to detail and working with me on some minor issues along the way, I can’t say enough about the professionalism, quality, and expertise from beginning to end.
Thanks to everyone involved. We love our new patio and outdoor kitchen.
We bought a house with an outdoor roof “party patio” that was tiled. The first ice storm at the house cracked tiles AND it leaked into the house. I thought finding a group to repair the tiles would be easy, HA! Luckily, we found Austin Outdoor Living Group. The bad news – we had to get rid of all the tiles. The good news – it is a million times better AND they exceeded expectations on the fix. There is no leaking (we’ve been through ice and rain and hail storms) and it is gorgeous. They are a family owned and operated small business, which means it took awhile to get in the queue. And it was not cheap. But it was worth the wait and worth the significant improvement, including fixing the uneven stairs. The whole crew was professional and communicated well, and they have continued to be supportive on unrelated issues (a separate roof issue and they helped with quick recommendations!!). My mom always says “You get what you paid for”, and we have an absolutely beautiful, functional, and improved outdoor space. Thank you AOLG! (I included before and after pictures for reference)
Our experience could not have been better working the Austin Outdoor Living Group. It all started when my father-in-law, a lifelong yard and outdoor enthusiast, advised us to work with people who specialize in outdoor spaces. From there we found Noelalee and her team and could not be happier. They brought our vision to life of a space of peace and tranquility that our family can enjoy for years to come. They treated us like family and made the process EASY, which is the part we value most. Everything went according to plan and stayed on schedule and on budget. Too many people to thank: Noelalee, Ryan, Bubba, Enrique, Steve, Crystal, really the whole team. Lovely people, who we highly recommend and look forward to working with again.

They do great work and handle things calmly and efficiently. She guided me when I didn’t know what materials to use. I recommend this company 100%! We love our new outdoor kitchen.
