Diego and Jaime are stellar employees at Montano Sand & Gravel. Exemplary service.
Zero stars. Ordered and paid for a load of 1.5″ grey rock. Received a load of 3″-5″ river rock, which we cannot use for the intended project. When contacted, the company claimed 3″-5″ rock was within normal size range for 1.5″ grey rock. Refused to deliver smaller rock, refused to refund half the cost. Would strongly recommend not doing business with Montano & Associates. Buyer beware.
I redid my entire backyard thanks to them. Awesome driver, awesome customer service! I was at another company that was the exact opposite. I was so happy to find Montano. The prices are great and the people were all very helpful.
