   Run from this company. They are dishonest. I should’ve looked at the rest of the reviews and avoided them. They stained the bottom of my pool and ruined it by adding chlorine through the skimmer instead of directly in the pool.

   It is such an eyesore. Mistakes happen and I gave the company a chance to remedy it, but instead the owner tells me that they didn’t add from the skimmer. Meanwhile, not only has their pool guy told me he does, but I have seen him with my own eyes add chemicals through the skimmer.

   Long story short, they are liars and won’t fess up to their mistake. Their solution was “well it’s time to get it replastered anyway.” If that was the case, the entire pool would’ve looked like this and been uniform, not just specifically around the drain in a very obvious chlorine stain all within a few weeks.

   Do yourself a favor, avoid the headache and go with literally anyone else for your pool needs.

   I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. In 2007, they had to let go of an employee for theft issues, including my missing pool sweeper. Despite giving them a second chance, a recent incident involving their Ukrainian employee damaging my screen and blaming my landscaper left me frustrated. Donna’s unprofessionalism and lack of resolution only added to the dissatisfaction. The employee admitted to scratching cars and, shockingly, took my Christmas plate, consuming half of its contents before returning it. Such low and disgusting behavior raises serious concerns about their ethics and reliability. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

   I was a customer for many years with chem treatment only to pool & spa. Last year they changed their spa treatments to a “ball” with chemicals. We didn’t mind BUT we didn’t get use the spa/ht tub as I broke my leg. When I inspected the spa in March or April it was filled with mold. Black mold. I called them & the owner Donna, responded that she would send someone to clean/empty/refill and she was so sorry. Then they charged me for that cleaning!! I tried to call and talk to someone but they didn’t respond. They had the service manager call a few days later & say he did a job & needed to be paid! Ha!! The spa has not been the same since, the water remained murky. I asked them to please return to the old chem methods they used to use & refused. So strange after many years of a good relationship to see how a problem is handled so poorly & unprofessionally. I’ve moved on!

   The previous owners of our home did not do any maintenance on the pool. We continued using the old company and had nothing but problems.

   Finally we switched to Aquatique (my in-laws used them for years) and they’ve been great. They were very honest about how poor the maintenance had clearly been, helped us triage what needed to be fixed, in the best order, were conscious of budget, and were just all around wonderful.

   It’s been a few years now and we couldn’t be happier. The service is great. On the rare occasion there’s a problem they address it right away.

   Wonderful company to support.

   I stumbled upon Aquatique Pool Service after we bought our house with an older swimming pool and it needed service. Two years later, I couldn’t be happier, professional yet friendly, prompt and affordable, they’re the best. Everyone from the owner to the technicians and office staff are amazing. We inherited a “pool guy” with the house, but I didn’t like the guy and now that we’ve been customers of Aquatique, I can see why. I won’t bash on him, but rather applaud Aquatique. Keep up the good work! One happy customer glad to recommend you to others.
