We had a last minute request for a pre-treatment prior to our foundation being poured, and Joseph was able to work with us! Joseph fit us into his schedule, was transparent about the pricing, and completed the service in a timely manner. We look forward to working with him for future needs!

We have been using Joe for almost 4 years. In both Rio Rancho and Santa Fe we have had great experiences. Joe is polite, timely, always does what he says he will and his team is respectful informative and kind. The pest control works great and I feel better knowing it’s organic since we have pets and a baby. They are on top of calling to schedule quarterly for the service we use which is perfect. Very upset with how Joe spoke to my grandma. She was confused about her plan so she told the service man when he was at the house that she would ask about it and then pay what she needed to when she got clarity of her plan. When Joe called to ask why she hadn’t paid, he already had a predisposition that she was trying to scam him and get a free service. He completely accused her of purposely not paying for her service. When she tried to explain what she thought she signed up for he kept interrupting, very rude, implying she was dumb for not understanding the service. Completely unhelpful, argumentative, unprofessional, and rude. My grandma will be paying for her service as she never expected anything free but will never be returning or referring anyone to this business. In order to find out about the plan she signed up for she had to call her granddaughter in Phoenix who helped set it up with her. My grandma misunderstood and Joe was correct about what she owed, but he handled the interaction completely wrong. Would never recommend this place.
He sprays 5 complex that I manage and he’s totally awesome. Very knowledgeable was able to bring some real bad roach issues to a stop in no time. He has even gone on calls on a emergency basis for me. Highly recommended.
