This was our first experience with this company. For those considering their services and unsure about pricing, here is a breakdown of the repair:
•1 valve – 1” automatic sprinkler valve: $750
•PVC fittings, primer, and cement: $150
The total cost was $1,013.22.
I hope the photos of the completed work and this cost breakdown provide clarity for anyone evaluating their services.
Total lawn and sprinkler has come out to my house numerous times and has always been reliable, on time, professional, and reasonably priced. They quoted the total amount for the job before they started the work so I didn’t have any surprises. Phillip is super great to work with. We even had them quote our HOA maintenance as well.
From the very first call it was a great experience. Service call was prompt and thorough, identifying all the sprinkler heads which were not working and why, as well as a section which needed a small piece replaced due to a crack. He them went thru the entire sprinkler system, showing how-to use it and make adjustments as needed. I had an issue a few months later when I had a water heater replaced. The electrician had turned off the sprinkler system without informing us. I called TLS and they quickly returned and turned it back on, testing it to make sure all the sprinklers were working properly. I would highly recommend them.
These guys were amazing. Went online, got an appointment the next day. Fernando was able to come in a bit early, found the leak in my sprinkler system, and fix on the spot.
Everyone was super communicative and quick. They clearly use technology to their advantage. Everything was a quick click away, including payment. Will definitely be going back to them! (Hopefully not soon though)
This company has a contract with the HOA which neighbors my property. They were responsive and courteous to mow some additional area. They appear to be building their company on good customer service. I recommend them.
