I had a crew of workers , working on my yard when i realized that one of the workers, were screaming & speaking loudly. we have audio surveillance of the young man Name Raymond Sierra negron a fellow employee here he is unprofessional he goes live while at work & when we searched his name up he has a warrant for his arrest in a other state this is very unprofessional.
Employees peeking in my windows
Be careful who you hire, I notified Brightview and they never addressed it.
It’s typical when companies are large like this o e they lose quality. They only care about quantity, and spend money on people responding to these reviews to divert the attention from the public eye.
This company hires people that do not or pretend to not speak English.
We are skipped on a regular basis and when they do show up they do a terrible job.
I am currently gathering support to ban them from our community and force our HOA to hire a capable company that truly cares.
This HAS to be the laziest lawn service I’ve ever seen. Their motto should be “Close Enough”. They service our apartment complex and it always looks atrocious when they leave! It’s always a rush job. Never any edging of flower beds, giant missed sections of grass, hopping over curbs when not necessary and leaving tire tracks on cement curb because it’s quicker. If they do happen to cut the grass, they leave giant piles of dead grass in the lawn. They blow grass into the entry ways of our buildings, because it’s quicker. Or just blow the dead grass back all over the lawn.
Truck pulled out into traffic right in front of me on North Hancock Road headed north in Clermont. Had to slam on breaks to keep from hitting and the car behind me had to switch lanes rapidly to keep from hitting me. I blew my horn and he gave me a finger and then proceeded to speed in and out of cars to continue. Dangerous driver!! Even worse according to Google this is a company norm. Called the number on the truck and no callback. Guess they like hiring irresponsible drivers and having insurance claims! P.S. when speeding off he sped right through a school zone!
