   We hired Joe to design and build our dream backyard, pool, spa and entire back yard. We visited Joe’s offices about 8 times to revise our design using the latest virtual software that let us move lines and objects and see the results immediately. After a very detailed design process, we engages Paragon to build the pool. The result is spectacular (see photos). Throughout the process, Craig the construction manager stayed in constant contact with us with updates and excellent communication. Since we are pretty particular, we asked them to redo the finish on one section of the spa which was done meticulously and with grace. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe and the Paragon team – exceptional work and service.

   The entire team at Paragon Pools did an amazing job creating a beautiful pool and spa for me and my family! The entire experience was seamless, and we are thrilled with our new pool and top-notch equipment with blue light and ozone. Working with the Vassallo’s, who have a long history of building pools in Vegas, was an absolute pleasure.

   We bought our house four years ago and based on local recommendations, we had Paragon put in our pool. Four years later, I can tell you that they did a fantastic job. This was my first pool but since that time, I’ve had occasion to be around friend’s and family’s pools. In all cases, I’ve observed that our pool has superior equipment and better workmanship. My Dad was a building contractor and I’ve been around contractors all my life–there is a pretty big range in quality out there. Paragon is a superior contractor who treats you right and takes pride in their work.

   Two years ago, we shopped a pool contractor for a large pool 32 X 51 ft pool construction. After months of debating we selected Paragon. Joe and his son spent weeks in design with us, from fire and water feature, to salt and chlorine decisions, they were excellent guiding use thru the options. When we wanted tile that they did not have in their showroom, they helped use navigate dealers to get it.

   Our construction was a large project, it took about 8-10 months (pool, decking, solar, gas installation, kitchen, landscaping), and Paragon oversaw the full project management. We navigated to new products like installing an osmosis water filter into our equipment, that completely eliminated any calcium ring in the pool, and we learned together how to install and support this addition to our system. Paragon was happy to pioneer and warrantee this new technology. We always knew want was happening, when differ teams (gardening, tile installers, concrete installers, equipment installers, heavy equipment diggers) were arriving and how long they would be there. Joe was onsite and inspecting every step, making adjustments that only his experienced eye would see.

   Almost 2 years from our first meeting, and a year post construction, I can say we are VERY happy with our decision to choose Paragon as our partners. From the startup of the pool, to the ongoing warrantee and service they have always been there for our calls, the service has been immediate, and the relationship has grown into family.

   The differentiators: When choosing a vendor, we found all vendors to be good with design options. Paragon did have more experience in fire and water features. They had more references on large pools. They owned the “whole project”., we did not have multiple project leaders.

   Critical Differentiator: When we did heavy referencing we found MANY contractors had poor warrantee or warrantee service. Get References on post installation services. When choosing a contractor put evaluation weight on this. Anyone can build a pool, make sure you pool has post install support. This referencing is where key decisions were made, Paragon really stood out, and I can say we are thrilled 2 years later with this decision.

   I requested a quote from this builder and he sent an email responding with a request to meet to discuss the pool build. I had a layout done for the pool prior to this meeting thinking this would expedite the pool design and because I had a layout already from BYOP AZ he BLEW ME OFF stating because I had a layout already and more importantly because it was a service he didn’t like or thought I would want an affordable price where he couldnt control the POOL SELLING PROCESS he refused to quote the job. His reviews are NOT what they appear to be! STAY AWAY!!!
