   I wanted to express my gratitude to Austin and the workers in the yard at Stone Mason Supply. I need the sandbags two days before the storm hits to prevent flooding in front of my property. I have sandbags without sand in them. I contacted Austin at Stone Mason Supply to get the sands. He genuinely pays attention to what I really need. Because the amount of sand that I required was little, he did not want me to pay more than I needed. He was also concerned that I would have a lot of unnecessary sand on my property. He told me to bring the sandbags and the workers in the yard would fill them for me. That was relived! I get what I want while without paying more than I need. The storm has gone, and my property would not be in good condition without the assistance of Stone Mason Supply. I am going to tell my friends, family, and anybody else in need of materials to go to Stone Mason Supply.

   All I can say is WOW! The most amazing customer service I have had in a long time. I own a publishing company and we print and publish books on Leadership, Management and Customer Service so I am a pretty tough critic. I was in search for a certain pool coping for my older pool and everywhere in my area was on back order for months. Then, tried to order online and a week later was told it would be weeks before they could ship. I reached out to Stone Mason Supply and they hand picked (out of hundreds of coping bricks) to find the bricks I needed. They could have EASILY said “I sorry, I can’t do this for you” since I know they prefer to work locally and in bulk. Then, the owner personally went to the post office and packaged the bricks and shipped to my location in Louisiana. He saved the day! SHOUT OUT to J Romero and Stone Mason Supply! Amazing job!

   Went there today and I had no hep, the guy who was suppose to help me just told me to load the car idk on to the pallet by myself and ended up getting charged for 3 pallets. When I question it, the guy laughed and didn’t make any resolution. Contacted the office and all they could say was well next time you come. I had the worst experience and will never return to this business.

   Some would say, ‘nuts and bolts’, I say, “pebbles and stones” when talking of Stone Mason Supply. They offer a variety of masonary needs for any project large or small at affordable pricing. Their knowlegable staff is always courteous and willing to assist with your questions and product needs.
   Most of all, what gives this business an added advantage is the owner is local and a life long Fort Worth resident with home grown community pride.

   After visiting several other landscape and stone locations and not finding what we wanted (or price we wanted to spend) for our small rock garden feature we stopped at SMS. Lázaro was so helpful and although they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for, Lázaro helped me envision what I could do with what material they had on site. Their prices were unbeatable for both the product as well as delivery and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend SMS.
