   Just started to use this program on Monday. Absolutely love it so far and will update this review after I have learned all of the fantastic features it has.

   I did want to comment on the help line already though, I have called a couple times a day with some of what I thought were silly question. Benjamin has always treated me with professionalism and educational answers and it is greatly appreciated. Thank you Benjamin, I now have you on speed dial! Lol

   I recently purchased the VIP3D software after a pool contractor I work with raved about it. I was initially hesitant because of some bad reviews on Yelp, but went ahead anyway. I’m so glad I did! I purchased a gonzo gaming computer that exceeded their recommendations and I think this is key to success using the program. If you have unrealistic expectations about an inadequate computer being able to handle this powerful software, you will likely be disappointed.

   Beyond being an awesome presentation tool, this software is so much fun to use! I find myself working longer billable hours with ease and great enjoyment. It has made me a better and much more thorough designer by being able to fully visualize all aspects of the project. The training videos are great and the phone tech support has been invaluable. I’m well on my way to becoming best buddies with Ben and Eric. I’m a bit mystified by how my excellent customer service experience with this company can be so different from some of the negative reviewers.

   The software is comparatively easy to learn, but again, reasonable expectations are important. Initially I did have some glitches where even my gonzo computer would suddenly shut down and I did lose some work. Pro tip: Save often in the early days. In my ignorance I was clearly asking the program to do things it wasn’t designed to do. Funny how that doesn’t happen anymore.

   Now I obviously will have to redesign my website to show off some of the new work. I’d give them ten stars if I could!

   I want you all to know how impressive the customer service is. Especially Rob J.(the man, myth, and legend). Thank you all for being so kind and patient. I enjoy this product more knowing it is supporting families of people like Rob and Loyd. Both intelligent and wonderful people. Keep up the wonderful work Structure Studios! Please note. I do not handle the licensing aspect of my company. I only use the program. It sounds like hassle.

   After being a loyal customer for over 5 years, I’m extremely disappointed with how Structure Studios treats long-term clients.

   Instead of working with us to resolve concerns or even having a conversation, they chose to simply shut down our account with little explanation and no willingness to find a solution. There was no effort to accommodate a long-standing client, no flexibility, and no customer service mindset whatsoever.

   For a company that markets itself as a professional partner to designers and contractors, this approach is unacceptable. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. Years of investment, training, and reliance on their software were dismissed overnight.

   If you’re considering Structure Studios, be aware that your account can be terminated without meaningful dialogue, regardless of how long you’ve been a paying customer. I would strongly recommend looking into alternatives that value customer relationships and communication.

   Great company I stated working with pool studio in early 2002. My sales had doubled in one year using their software to design poolscapes hardscapes and landscapes. Cant wait for the house architecture version wink wink hint hint.
