Exterior Fence:
Colton and his team at CK Outdoor Advantage were fantastic from beginning to end. I had about 300 linear feet of a custom built exterior fence put up (metal and cedar). From the initial meeting, Colton and his team were consummate professionals. They were responsive, on time, cleaned up after themselves, and just lovely to work with. I had some specific design plans and they executed! They were clear about the timeline, gave sufficient lead time when asking for draws ($$$) based on percentage of work completed, and addressed all of my concerns during the build.
Even when they made a mistake with the placement of one of my gates early on in the project, Colton came out and owned up the mistake. He then proposed a wonderful alternative (at his expense) and provided a better looking finished gate than I had originally expected.
For context, I had 7 contractors come out over two weeks to give me quotes on the job. Only 3 ended up giving me a quote. Most of the took 5-7d to get back to me, but Colton and his guys gave me a quote within 24hrs with all the line items spelled out (type of wood, metal posts, gates, labor, etc..). He has a full crew of guys including welders that can tackle any problem that might arise on site.
He wasn’t the cheapest, but within 10-15% of the other quotes. For the quality of build and painless process, it is money well spent!!!
Colton and CK Outdoor Advantage have my highest recommendation for quickly assessing my needs and creating a custom guard rail for my home.
