Always on time and under budget. Highly recommend.
This company provides quality service for quality prices. Their people are even better. I have been working with Victor. For over two years on our project and to say that he’s an asset is an understatement. If you have a project coming up and plan to use ELS, ask for Victor. You won’t be disappointed!
Did such a bad job on our backyard. They just threw the wood chips over the dirt without any barrier in between. Our rental company let them do this to us and about 15 other houses and now they’re just leaving it like this. Said they were going to come spray and never did that either. Even then, spraying is just a temporary fix. Half-arsed work that they won’t even come and fix.
I have had a terrible experience with ELS over the course of 8 months. All of my locations they serviced (3) had either dead or dying grass (under their watch, almost entire lawns died), weeds everywhere (they did not pull weeds as they should have per the contract) bushes not trimmed and trees not trimmed. They also missed service days close to once per month.
They started off great, and then went downhill when they lost a key staff member. Nick did a great job, Robert did not. I have horror stories at each location. So many stories that I honestly don’t have to time to write about.
I had a direct line to the CFO of the company because of how poor a job they did. He even admitted the service was embarrassing and unacceptable.
For me, I just want my locations to have green grass. Mowed lawns, trimmed bushes and nice flowers. Sounds pretty simple for a landscape company? For some reason, ELS which is a landscape company could not do these things. I wish I canceled their services months prior to doing so.
Great local company, with a friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them!
