We had a great experience for termite treatment on our windows! Alejandro and Brian were great communicators with timing of arrivals and expectations. Alejandro was very friendly, punctual, and did a great job treating our windows. He was also especially kind to our dog who kept following him everywhere, which we appreciated!

I had a stressful situation when my tenant reported that there was a mice problem in the attic, and crawlspace. After doing my research and reading lots of reviews, Orkin was the best option.
From the first visit Robert Russell, one of the manager, was absolutely incredible. He was so patient and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, which really helped put me at ease. He did a super thorough inspection, including the crawlspace, and clearly explained all of his findings. He even gave me some recommendations for long-term maintenance. I was worried about the issue, but his knowledge and calm demeanor made the whole process stress-free. This company is
top-notch, therefore I highly recommend Orkin Pest Control Company for their expertise and wonderful attitudes. Thank you Robert for making a difficult situation so much easier! 10 stars for Robert!
Isela came to my home to help with a gnat problem in my drains. She was delightful and quite knowledgeable about the issue and how to combat it. She talked me through everything she was doing during the treatment. All was done quickly and efficiently.
The Orkin technicians Isela and Alex were very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. They answered all of my questions and discussed my concerns. Excellent service! I highly recommend Isela and Alex and this company.
I was actually hoping to be a repeat customer as my first experience with Orkin was very positive but this second time was terrible. If you are not ready to book and confirm on that same call (service prices ranging from 500+), be ready to receive conflicting quotes and mixed messages based on who you are speaking to. The first, second, and third time I called – I was given three completely different quotes and service packages, and this was all before any type of formal inspection at the home. I will not be back sadly.
