I called the store recently looking for a light but didnt end up finding one my price but Angel was very kind and patient with me helping me answer my questions. Very great customer service young man thank you.
Let me tell you something about the workers on this store or supply’s company, horizon on broadway, I don’t know if there’s more in Sacramento California,4 workers 3 of them doing nothing, I was ready to pay no one in the store except me, the only one was doing something outside came to help me, great service and attention to the customer, his name is Angel. Sorry I don’t know the last name. But he provided exceptional service to me. Im glad this company has workers like him.👍
Angel provided exceptional service. When the drip Irrigation part I was looking for wasn’t in stock. He located it for me at another supplier. That is an example of quality excellence.
I trust these guys. Never felt like they were hiding anything. They give you their diagnosis and a repair estimate that seems reasonable. Their customer service is great if you buy something. I feel like they will back up anything that I buy with solid support if I should run into trouble.
Had our landscape professionally done and everyone was happy… till maintenance time. Not having any idea about irrigation OH and did I mention lighting, I had a heck of time locating parts. After wasting too much time and money at the “other” stores, I finally called the manufacturer for my lights which was Vista Pro. They mentioned that I could go to any Horizons to purchase a replacement bulb.
I walked in with no account and obviously a newbie based on my one little bulb order; however, I browsed around and WOW. Horizons had every type irrigation -parts – valves, sprinklers, nozzles, drip, piping. I mean EVERYTHING. Top it off …really cool downtown to earth personnel who are very helpful and knowledgeable. I opened my account to buy my bulb in June 2013 and is my only go to store for irrigation and yard needs.
Just one thing folks… do the Horizon people a favor before you arrive.
DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST. Come in prepared. Besides shouldn’t you know what your lawn needs……….???
