Pool Care Specialists have been our pool repair team for 15 years. I called Doug late on Thursday with a pump leak issue, and he had it repaired by Friday AM. Two years ago, they also modernized our controller with Wi-Fi access. They also got us through the Snowpocalypse.
Doug was very responsive for fixing a leak in my pool pump. He gave a quote using photos, came on time and fixed it. He gave some good advice on pool repair for spring. Photo is before repair.
We had a pool filter that was on its last legs. We called Doug and he responded promptly, visited the same day, and gave us his recommendations. Doug came out quickly to install our new filter, which was leaking, and we are now set. I would highly recommend this company for your pool care needs. We will definitely use them again in the future.
I needed a quick assessment and fix, and Doug was ready and able to meet the challenge at a great price. Every other pool service company in this area has been deleted from my contacts. Pool Care Specialists are superior to all! Thank you!!
