    Jonathan at Home Depot Customer Service desk provided absolutely outstanding service. From the moment we approached him, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. He went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed, answered all of our questions with patience, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

    It’s not often you come across someone so dedicated to customer service. Jonathan is truly a great asset to Home Depot, and his positive attitude and commitment to helping customers do not go unnoticed. We sincerely appreciate his hard work and exceptional support!

    Water Heater Nightmare!
    My water heater went out.
    I went to Home Depot and purchased a new water heater but they did not have one in stock. So I paid 35$ to get one delivered the same day from El Paso. Good deal so far. It was delivered at 6:00 pm
    The next day I opened it and it was damaged , (severely dented) So I had to call Home Depot in El Paso to pick up the bad one and refund me. Then I would have to start over to purchase a new one, meanwhile no hot water.
    They told me to be home Friday between 8-10 am.
    Ok so I had to cancel a dentist appointment for that. Then They texted me and said it would be delivered sometime between 6:00 am and 8:00pm so I had to cancel work.
    THEY NEVER CAME!
    So I had to drive to El Paso to get a new water heater. It’s a good thing i examined it because the next one I purchased was damaged too, (dented).
    I returned that and got a 3rd one that was not dented. Installed it and then had to load up the original damaged one and get a return.
    BAD SERVICE! I had to cancel my appointments and be out of hot water for several days. Shame on you.

    We were looking for a Christmas tree ornament bin and the site said they have some so we looked for ” front wall aisle 7″ but could find nothing like that. We asked the kind employees for directions and they could not find it either but one gentleman pointed to a section where he had seen the item and there it was. Good grades for having the item, bad grades for signage in the store.

    Our experience was okay. Customer service was lacking, we had to wait 40 minutes for help to cut lumber after finding three separate associates. The second lady was helpful but the first seemed too busy talking with other employees. It was otherwise difficult to find employees to help answer questions, we often had to go to the checkout desk. 5/6 items we needed were in stock. Our other issue was there was limited access to aisles as they were blocked off and improper signage to designate closed off areas. Will look to going to Lowe’s next time, if anything else, just to get the lumber cut at least
