Love my new putting green!! From the very first interaction to the last good-byes to Brian and his crew I was treated like I was the only thing they had going on. Very quick to respond and they were proactive on the things I needed them to be proactive on. Darin, my sales person, walked me through everything from start to finish and everything went exactly as he said it would. No over-promising or ‘salesy’ stuff. Very thorough, like working with an operations person that knows what they are doing, I really appreciated that. My dog Buck loves it too!! 🙂
We were highly impressed with the Big Bully Turf Team from the start to finish. Jason was instrumental in helping us with our putting green design, product quality and answering all our questions on the various turf and their viability. The installation team was very professional and maintained a cleaned work area – great team. Jason and the PM followed during installation process to answer any questions. We are very pleased with the end product and quality if work.

INITIAL CONSULTATION:
This review is posted for an initial consultation with Big Bully Turf representative, Darin M. We responded to a TV ad (they still work!) about a Labor Day sale, and a live voice (how nice) scheduled a home consultation for the same week.
Like most Americans these days, my wife and I are very busy with many professional responsibilities and personal pursuits. DM arrive punctually at our home and immediately built a strong connection with both of us.
Darin is a knowledgeable, affable, and effective sales person who explains BBT’s product thoroughly and how it differs from their competitors. Even though it was now Friday night, DM followed up promptly with complete information via text.
Darin is not only a BBT representative, but also a product evangelist that truly enjoys his work to improve unsightly lawns!
INSTALLATION DAY:
The BBT operations team called me promptly after I signed the contract with Darin. The scheduler went thru a checklist to make sure all the little details were properly planned, to avoid any delays or problems on the day of installation.
A work crew of 5 arrived promptly and completed our 400 square foot front yard upgrade all in one day! As soon as they finished, neighbors wandered over to witness our amazing new front yard.
Darin, get us a yard sign and you’ll get plenty more satisfied customers in our neighborhood!
Just hire them! Don’t look any further! 🙂 We love Big Bully Turf! They installed turf in our backyard, built a putting green, and cut/fit pavers — everything came out better than we imagined.
From start to finish the team was extremely professional, on time, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. The craftsmanship really shows, especially on the putting green and the precision around the pavers.
Lucas, Alex and their workers were fantastic to work with. They helped us every step of the way, answered every single question we had, and made sure we understood the process and options. We never felt rushed or pressured — just supported.
You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and customer satisfaction, and they truly stand behind their products and work. This is must-have when we are looking at any business! Whenever we saw an issue, there was no hesitation on their end and they happily come back to resolve any issues we have. Our backyard completely transformed and we couldn’t be happier. We are so happy with BIG BULLY TURF! The designer, James, the project manager, Michael and the hard working crew that showed up on time and were professional from beginning to end of the installation. They were all so kind and answered our questions and tweaked anything that needed tweaking without complaint! We live in Mesquite, Nevada and they came from Henderson – always on time and very communicative. I can’t wait to give another review in 6 months to report on how it holds up!
