   I have worked with Bill Quinones on renovating two bathrooms and a kitchen. He is an expert at his craft, attentive with his clients, and hands-on involved every day with the projects.

   I had complicated plans for each room. Bill took the time to understand what I wanted, to work with me through multiple design interactions, and—most importantly—to warn me when I was about to make a choice that I would likely regret later. Very importantly, the work started when expected, and (adjusting for some additions to each project that I introduced along the way) finished on the estimated time. He has years of experience that he brings to projects.

   Bill has an excellent crew, and one can see that he respects them, and they respect him. I was assigned the same foreman, Cruz, on the jobs, even though they were months apart, which made my input easy and the work efficient since I knew him. Each room was gutted, which potentially produces a lot of dust, but his team went to great lengths to keep the rest of the house clean. In one bathroom, I had a very intricate tile and grout pattern that his tiler executed perfectly. Beyond his crew, he also has contractors who are real artisans – especially his cabinet maker. He is well connected with businesses in Las Cruces, with the result that deliveries like tile, granite and appliances go smoothly and on time. Sometimes, he can even convince businesses to deliver faster. Heavy work was involved in the renovations, but there was no damage to the parts of my house through which they brought materials. Bill has an excellent cleaning crew that leaves the final renovation spotless.

   Throughout these projects I have found Bill to be a wise and honest contractor. One of his sub-contractors described him to me in much the same way, so I think many people have this opinion! I highly recommend him.
