James is amazing! Our motor went out over the summer and he had us back up and running within hours when our previous pool service couldn’t come out for days. We have used various pool services over the years and none have compared to Pool Ninja. James is knowledgeable, efficient, and leaves our pool looking great each and every time. We have so many trees in our backyard and when September hits it is a daily struggle to try to keep the pool clear. James somehow gets the pool to be completely leaf free every single time and makes it look easy. Highly recommend his services!
James is awesome! He is very responsive and knowledgeable about all things pool related. I had a clog issue in one of my pipes and he located it quickly and took care of it for good. I normally don’t leave reviews online unless I’m very impressed. Needless to say I’m VERY impressed with the service he provided. My only regret is that I didn’t call him sooner. Won’t ever make that mistake again.
James is the best pool person;very dedicated, hard worker and sincere person. He has been maintaining my pool for last 8 months and have nothing to complain. I would recommend him without any hesitation.
James has been coming to my home for a year. He is helpful, courteous, and very responsive. I appreciate how honest he is! He’s also a neat guy, but that’s besides the point. I highly recommend James. He really is the Pool Ninja!!
We were very impressed with James’ knowledge and skills about pools and repairs. We had a really bad pool leak that others were not able to identify where it was coming from and he was able to uncover right away. Also to mention, he did this when it was almost 40 degrees outside in December and had to put his head in the pool to find the leak. He also did a great job on installing a new heater for us which not only was it installed correctly but looked aesthetically pleasing. Above all, the costs for all of this was very reasonable. I recommend him to everyone now!
