Best pool ever in the EL PASO, the restrooms are very clean and nice as well as the pool very clean. The staff is very polite helping people out with questions and assistance with anything. They are very on point with emergencies , safest pool! I love it!
My granddaughter had a part there, the pool was warm and inside the building was also very warm. All the children had a great time! I gave it a 4 because of the lifeguards. One of them was really mean and would yell at the children as little as 2 years old like a drill Sargent. He had no patience with the children. It seemed like he really did not want to be there! The other lifeguard was cool and just let the children have fun. It is a great place for a children’s party, and very economical.
So the pool hours said 5:30 then 6:30 and we got here 6:25 and was said they would be open till 7pm. Then yet had us waiting outside in the hot we were waiting already inside and was kicked out. Kids outside waiting in the hot. Super sad.
I love taking my kids out there to have and enjoy family time. It’s great place for kids and plus it’s an indoor pool. We always have such a great time, until tonight 8/14/25 one of the life guards (Gaby) was very very RUDE and also very very disrespectful. She was laughing at a disabled lady getting into the pool while another life guard was helping the lady get into the assisted chair to get into the pool . Gaby was to busy talking to her coworkers with her back towards all the kids in the pool the majority of the time meaning she wasn’t attentive to the kids incase of an emergency!
10/10 overall experience. The staff was great and the pool was nice. They are super strict about swimwear and do not allow any t shirts, athletic shorts or spandex and will make you get out of the water if you are wearing one of those things. They also require adults in the water with children under the age of 7. They also provide life jackets as well, but there must be an adult within arms reach of the person wearing the lifejacket.
Great experience, will definitely be returning to this establishment.
