I had a wonderful experience with Presto Pest Control from their initial customer service with David to Reuben providing the professional steam cleaning of my auto which required sanitation on signs of rodent nesting in my engine. Reuben was a delight to work with & went the extra mile to assure me my auto was safe. Looks like a new engine!Jim Rossi, Pres. was available for questions & took an interest in my service needs & his men. Thank you all for a great job!

There was an animal living in our attic, but not sure which animal. Presto Pest Control came in and set traps around my house and was able to catch a young possum.
They have a great service and was able to remove the animal and move it somewhere safe.

We had a severe ant infestation that made life miserable for us and our cat. When our leasing office couldn’t help, we found Presto Pest Control online, and they saved the day even on New Year’s Eve! David was incredibly friendly and reassuring, and Mario showed up right on time to treat our unit. Within days, the ants were completely gone. We’re so impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and results. Highly recommend Presto for top-notch service!
I don’t write reviews often but I just felt compelled to write one for Presto Pest Control. Because I can’t say enough good things and thanks about Jim, the owner. We had a severe infestation of rodents and ground squirrels during COVID last summer. Left a message for Jim in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon. He spent more than an hour and half walking around inside and outside of the 4 buildings at church to check if there were any entry points for those critters. Jim sent me the service report that evening. The report is very detailed with pictures. It suggested that using volunteers from church to perform exclusion works. He even sent me the links to purchase ground squirrel bait stations and baits, bait stations and bait and traps for rats to save money for the church. He even donated some ground squirrel bait stations and bait. One Saturday morning, Jim instructed 7 volunteers to set the bait stations around the church and make sure we fixed/blocked all the gaps/holes to the building. Also, to set the traps inside the buildings and sub-areas for rats. Got final invoice, it’s no charges!! Serving God supposed be free!! Thank you, Jim. Can not say THANK YOU enough.
