   Oasis Grilling did a fantastic job on our outdoor kitchen. They provided exceptional customer service specifically by relocating an existing bar and matching the bar top granite with our kitchen. Had some slight issues with the supply chain out of their control. They kept us informed the entire building process and their entire team answered any questions or concerns we had. They also followed up after the installation to ensure we were satisfied. Highly recommend this team.

   I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Oasiss Outdoor Grill has been incredibly frustrating. The communication is terrible — contractors show up on random days with no notice, and then don’t show up on days they were actually scheduled. There is zero consistency or professionalism.

   During the project, my outdoor table was damaged because they used it as a work bench. The refrigerator they delivered arrived damaged, and despite multiple mentions, it has never been replaced. There is also a large section of granite missing from the countertop that they have completely ignored.

   They also failed to cut the granite properly around an existing outlet, leaving it impossible to put the outlet plate back on. Months have gone by with no updates, no returned calls, and no attempt to fix any of these issues.

   Now after all this, they’ve sent me an email stating that I cannot withhold final payment, even though the project is clearly unfinished and all of my concerns have been left unresolved.

   I would not recommend Oasiss Outdoor Grill to anyone. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unfinished, damaged work has been incredibly disappointing

   I had a great experience using Oasis and would highly recommend them. The overall time it took was well ahead of other estimates, and I am very pleased with the outcome of the entire project. The responsiveness and level of service were exceptional! Thank you, Oasis!

   Over a 1 year ago Damien and his team built our beautiful outdoor kitchen. Ironically my wife stopped cooking inside and now we grill 7 nights a week. Our lanai spacing is tight, Damien showed all options and designs. With Damien’s guidance we selected the perfect outdoor kitchen for our spacing. Highly recommend if you’re considering an outdoor kitchen GET ONE from Damien. Communication and timing of install were precise.
