This company is contracted in our subdivision and receives a portion of the dues we pay, and this company has broken their contract by not showing up when they said they would. Our common areas look awful, weeds are over a foot tall in some places, the trees and bushes are not trimmed, and the grass has not been mowed in over six weeks. This company has ZERO integrity! I would strongly recommend that you work with another company because this one does NOT do what they say they will. You can do MUCH better!
I’ve had issues with landscaping companies in the past but Parklane has renewed my confidence. Their work was and remains excellent. Eli and his team from the first meeting has been amazing to work with. I highly recommend Parklane and plan to continue using them to maintain our HOA community!
I’ve had an awful experience with this company. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Please don’t waste your time.
