I used this company about 4 times. The first time, it was basic yard maintenance & they did a good job. 2nd time was to plant trees and they also did good job. Theybwebr and picked up trees, delivered them & planted the. I was happy! 3rd time he was a no show when he was supposed to come clean up the yard and remove some dead grass & weeds. I couldn’t get ahold of the owner for weeks. He finally called me back, apologized and showed up. BUT, I came home to find that they removed weeds and grass and burnt them, but also burnt 3 my backyard bushes as well!! Half of each bush totally destroyed! I so upset. He apologized when i reported it but he never offered any compensation, free service, rectification or anything! Never using Gibo’s Lawn Service again!
