Just visited Miami pump for the first time for emergency pump replacement. And what amazing service, They had the exact pump I needed in stock same day, and sales rep Lisandra was very knowledgeable and even advised me that I needed an additional component to complete the job which I was unaware of and saved me time and money. Great company with a great customer service. Thank you.
Miami Dade Pump & Supply exceeded my companies expectations! We had an emergency service where the lift station was inoperable due to both pumps burning out. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had a quote ready within the day for replacements. Once we approved it- we were able to schedule right away. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE our team interacted with was wonderful! I would use them again in a heartbeat- although I hope I don’t have to! 🙂

I had bought a 5hp Berkley pump from them last year. Well, the pump failed and my customer was not happy. I contacted them and Mavis shipped me out a replacement immediately. She also helped me through the warranty procedure so I wouldn’t be charged for the replacement. Outstanding support and customer service. If I could give them six stars I would! Needed a Variable Frequency Drive in a hurry for an Emergency repair on a Highway project here in Orlando. Managed to find Jason at Miami Pump & Supply who went above and beyond to ensure that we got what we needed, and pulled some strings so we could pick it up locally in Orlando. Can’t thank them enough for helping us out, and for following up to see if everything went well. Keep up the GREAT customer service guys, and Thank you from All Electric Services!!
This company have a good inventory but the customer service from the employees is mediocre. There is an employee named Louis, supposedly he is knowledgeable on pumps. When I called him he said that he is not familiar with my VERTIFLO pump but he will call me back during the day to educate his self on it. He didn’t call so I called him the next day at 8:30am. He said that he hasn’t check the information yet because he had to leave early the day before but he will and let me know. I asked “when do you think is a good time for you so I can call you? ” he said “whenever I call you , that will be the time”. I work for a big company in Miami that gives business to this store and it will not have it anymore for sure. This person has no customer service skills and doesn’t care about his job neither since he talk to the customer like he is doing a favor to them and not getting pay for it.
