Byron’s Landscaping does truly exquisite work! They are professional and respond quickly. I had them completely renovate my townhouse garden, and this new garden is even more amazing than my husband and I had imagined! I am over-the-moon with happiness about the results! Every detail exceeded my expectations. Special recognition goes to their horticulturist, Jay. He has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He has that rare combination of scientific knowledge combined with an artist’s eye for color, composition, and detail. He and his team really brought the magic! My neighbors are all stopping by to comment on the exceptional beauty of my new garden. Jay arranged it so that we will have different flowers cycling through the seasons. Can’t wait for the camellias and the gardenias to bloom! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. A zillion stars!
Needed a 15+ year old pergola removed and a new one put in its place. Can’t say enough good things about Jay and his crew!! They had to remove and build around brick walls, walkways and plants and were very careful as promised. Can’t think of one thing that was less than 5-star service and quality of work. Be sure you let them bid your job. Start to finish took 3 days for ours. Hadn’t used their services before but heard good things from neighbors.
The pergola was in November and they came back today and did a great job applying sealer to all the wood. Needed to wait until it dried out and we had some extended warm and sunny weather. Start to finish they did a great job!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service! I paid $1600 for half a pallet of grass and resetting of sprinkler system.
They planted the grass and did not adjust the sprinklers. After noticing the grass dying, I called multiple times until they came out to fix the sprinklers but further damaged them then left without testing. I called and texted multiple times and Only after threatening a Google review, did they come out and properly fix the sprinklers. They admitted the mistake and agreed to replace the dead grass. When they came back, only a small section of the agreed upon amount was replaced. I immediately called and texted and never heard back. After a month, only the small section of replaced grass looks good.
Do not trust anything they say, especially the big one with long hair, Jay. Pictures below
AMAZING WORK!! Their knowledge or plants and design was intelligent and well informed. I have never been more pleased with how Beautiful my yard turned out! Ricardo and Jorge were professional and easy to work with. The whole team worked together to make it all come together perfectly and No detail was missed!! I have never been so IMPRESSED with landscaping service and I have tried other businesses over the years. I called and they came the same day, gave me a bid and did and completed the work the next day. If You want fair prices with quality call Byron’s Landscaping!! Ricardo and Jay did a phenomenal job transforming my overgrown mess of a backyard into the oasis I asked for. They took care of everything: tree trimming, drainage, irrigation, stonework, pergola, hardscape, plant selection and design. I absolutely love my yard.
They also cleaned up my front flower beds and trimmed the azalea bushes. I had one very slight issue with a planting and they fixed it to my liking right away. I also had an issue with my sprinkler system a week after they completed which ended up not being related to any of their work, but they helped me out with that.
Highly recommend and will be calling them for any future yard needs! Thank you!!
