Was waiting with a gentlemen and had to come back since they were closed. Came back well over 1 still had to wait. Pls come here with some time to spare. Respectfully great prices thought. I just believe there needs to be some better communication 🙂
I arrived at 12:45 to buy baseboard trim to match my doors but it was closed. There was a sign that said ” will be back at 1P.M.”. Me and five other people were waiting in the hot El Paso sun until 1:20P.M. so I just left, without my moldings. I wasted twenty minutes driving over, over 40 minutes waiting for someone to show up. And 20 minutes to get back home. Not to mention the hour or so searching El Paso for an open store, which wasn’t hard to find as other places answer their phones. Very disappointed. You should let others know you will be closed for lunch or be back when the sign says you will be back. It was hot waiting in front! Will not be returning for a second headache.
Update. I decided to go back to avoid driving an extra 30 minutes driving to the other side of town. I should have learned my lesson. I have bought unfinished wood from here at least 4 times and now the guy says I have to wait 1 to 3 weeks to order one 8ft piece. I find it hard to believe they didn’t have one single piece of unfinished baseboard. Does the owner ever read these reviews? Might help fix problems the that the kid working there creates by having a horrible attitude. I guess I’ll have to go to the westside since the person didn’t even wanna go check in the back when I asked if he could give me that or the next closest thing. I could see unfinished baseboards but wasn’t able to see it because this guy just didn’t wanna help me out. Maybe I’ll get contacted by the owner. Lol wasting my time. Everyone that goes here will be receive the same “welcoming” experience. Please contact me owner. I still need baseboards. Half my house already had the same baseboard. Need at least one piece for now to finish my bathroom. That’s all.
Very horrible customer car the long hair rocker looking dude is super rude and always acts like he doesn’t wanna be there. If you need moulding quick it’s easy if not I recommend going elsewhere.
Excellent service and they are so professional and polite.Definitely will buy molding there and recommend to all my friends and family .
Previous reviews seem to be true. They are currently closed at 12:26 even though it’s when they claim to be open
