   We had an excellent experience working with Donald and Alan, our project managers on the installation of two projects. One project being a Car Port which included extending our driveway and the other a back Patio Cover. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and attentive to every detail. Alan sent us a message each morning with what would be taking place that day, and then followed up with an in person visit each day. The projects were completed on time, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Creekstone Outdoor Living and their project managers for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality home improvement services.

   From the moment Daryn Shaw walked into the living room, we knew we were in great hands. Daryn our pool salesman, was the epitome of professionalism and expertise. He took the time to understand our vision, walked us through every option with patience and clarity, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. His knowledge of pool design and materials was unmatched, and he never once pressured us, just guided us with honesty and enthusiasm.

   Andrea Kinney, the administrative assistant, was the heartbeat of the operation. She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from scheduling to paperwork to answering our many questions with grace and speed. Her communication was prompt, clear, and always friendly. Andrea made the logistics feel effortless, and her attention to detail ensured nothing slipped through the cracks. And then there’s Devin Otwell, our project manager an absolute rockstar! Devin was on top of every phase of construction, coordinating crews, managing timelines, and keeping us informed every step of the way. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. He treated our backyard like it was his own, and the final result blew us away.

   Together, this trio delivered not just a pool, but an experience that exceeded every expectation. If you’re considering a pool project, do yourself a favor and work with Daryn, Andrea, and Devin. You’ll be swimming with a smile on your face!
