   I was so impressed by Brent’s pool inspection! Will recommend him to anyone who needs a pool inspection, especially when buying a new home.

   – Brent recorded and narrated 6 videos (uploaded privately on YouTube). It’s so helpful to have him explain everything by showing it on video in real-time. These videos are not just an inspection report, but also an explainer for the pool. He even edited these videos after the fact by inserting annotated photos when appropriate.
   – Brent seems to really know the technical details about pool construction, maintenance, and equipment. But he also doesn’t overwhelm with jargon. He explained things in plain language in writing and verbally in the videos.
   – His written report is very detailed and full of well-annotated photos.
   – I’m so appreciative of his honest recommendations. He doesn’t just list everything that’s wrong big or small. He clearly explained what is wrong and needs fixing, what’s wrong but he personally wouldn’t bother fixing, and what to appreciate about the pool.
   – He gave cost estimates and even recommended people for the repairs. He even offered to fix some small issues himself that would be expensive to get another company to redo the leak detection and fix. I will take him up on his offer.
   – Brent turned around his inspection very quickly, with plenty of time to spare during the 7-day option period.
   – He actually dives under water and swims the pool during the inspection. My home inspector said he runs into Brent all the time during inspections and Brent’s the only pool inspector he knows who jumps into the pool.

   You can probably find a cheaper pool inspector which might be sufficient if you just want to check the inspection box for financing. If you want a great inspection and learn about your pool, can’t go wrong with Brent.
