Very happy with our Americana Agave! I had searched around for the right size, color and quality agave, it’s going in front of our house so it really mattered. I found many agaves here. There is so much inventory that you need time to find that one diamond in the bunch. The price was almost half of what we looked at over by Camp Bowie at a competitor. The 2 guys working there were extremely helpful and super positive. Perfect experience. DO GO HERE!
DO NOT GO HERE. I spent good money to get 4 really awesome aged palm trees. I had them come out fertilize and wrap them for winter so they would not freeze. As you can see from the text messages below once it came time to do the spring fertilization and check the one ones that had obviously died they stopped all communications. Once you want them to uphold their warranties they will ignore you and not honor their warranties. I called and called texted as you can see and the owner just ignored all communications. In fact one of them was dead when they came out to do the winter fertilization and the owner said lets wait till spring and see if it comes back. They will take your money when it benefits them but once you need them to do the right thing nope, the owner simply does not care. I would NEVER treat my customers this way.
The owner is extremely knowledgeable about desert plants and palms. Happy to walk you around his property to show you different options for your project. Fantastic prices and selection. Worth the drive over to get exactly what I needed. I will be back
They do not pick up the phone or call back for any issues. Some of the plants died within a year while under warranty. They do not even reply to your calls to replace those. Dont waste your hard earned money and get someone more professional for your landscaping.
I had a great experience at Orand. Riley helped me pick out the perfect tree, Brian and Walt installed it (on time with no problems) and I am a very happy customer!
