Kevin and Dylan with Custom Outdoor Living were great to work with during our initial meeting. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to what we were looking for. They explained options clearly, answered all our questions, and offered helpful suggestions without any pressure. We left the meeting feeling confident and excited about the possibilities. Looking forward to working with them as the project moves forward.
The company took our initial ideas and mapped out exactly what we wanted in our backyard. Rafael (Project Manager) explained everything to us from start to finish during construction time, while the home office provides daily email updates on the status of the build-out.
I believe COL is second to none when it comes to professionalism and quality of construction for your backyard project. I have used them twice now and will again in the future.
Custom Outdoor Living did a fantastic job with our backyard! They listened to our ideas and drew up plans for a covered barbeque island. We were not necessarily sure what we wanted – or needed; the staff was patient and provided us with many thoughtful suggestions. We were so thrilled with the first island, we added a second island that now includes a flat top grill and a refrigerator. The cover for our barbeque area is sturdy and includes lights for evening cookouts. We will soon be adding a fan. All of the employees were excellent to work with throughout the process. Kevin the sales Manager is very reasonable on price very professional presentation. The design idea for our patio cover will be very durable and last probably the life of the cover. Highly recommend if you want a professional job done at your property.
