big huge variety . fountains, trees, everything . the plants are not priced . we did not know there was a “pricing booklet” so we were winging it .
there could be some signage regarding “perennials, annuals, full sun, part sun ” my daughter is building her first home garden & she’s not a master gardener. I’m was glad to be there – the staff watering are helpful if you can find them as they are busy doing their work.
. several assistants in a high visibility shirt or apron, hat would be so so helpful. people were asking me about plants -which is fine bc I have been gardening for 40 years but I felt a Plant World employee would be so helpful . There won’t be always be a knowledgeable customer around .

It was beyond my wildest dreams.. I can’t wait to open an account and haunt this place. The staff.. a dream team. Seriously looking forward to doing business with them.. update. I’ve returned and spent many thousands with you.. but Happy with my purchase!!!
I went on Saturday with the goal of coming home with a Netleaf Hackberry. I called before going and was told there were 6 in stock. We looked for at least an hour to no avail. We asked various workers out in the nursery if they knew where to find them. Some had suggestions others didn’t. After no success, we went to the front desk asking for help. That’s when Jessie came to our rescue.
Jessie worked diligently and found them for us. She was very helpful and kind helping us load the tree along with some compost. She really went above and beyond for us! The five stars are for Jessie being amazing!
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a nursery Sarah was great picking out the right plants the delivery was on time. The trees were beautiful. The delivery guys did as much as they could to help properly place them! Can’t wait to get more from Plant World!
As we walked up Kyle welcomed us with a smile. We showed him the list of plants we were looking for and he was very familiar with everything. He gave us a map of the grounds, highlighted the areas we needed to go and sent us in the right direction. While on our search Nate came by and gave us more direction. Nate even loaded our plants onto his cart so we didn’t have to lug them around. We circled back to the front to make our purchases where we ran back into Kyle. He rung everything up quickly and smoothly. Everyone was very professional and full of good energy which made our shopping experience fun and low stress.
