We recently had our pool completely resurfaced, including tile replacement, deck replacement with a travertine, and new coping, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, reliable, and finished the entire project on time as promised. The quality of the workmanship is excellent – everything looks fresh, modern, and beautifully done. On top of that, the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Overall, it was a smooth experience from start to finish, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality pool work.
I recently had my pool resurfaced by Texas Pool Professionals, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They also replaced the dated tile and coping and added a handrail. From start to finish, their communication was top-notch, keeping us informed at every step of the process. They worked very quickly and got our pool back in balance as soon as the work was done. The workmanship was outstanding, with meticulous attention to detail that is evident in the final product. Our pool looks better than ever, and we absolutely love it. I highly recommend Texas Pool Professionals for anyone looking for quality pool services.
Patrick and Cody were a real pleasure to work with on this large pool project. I had our pool resurfaced with StoneScape Aqua w the Puerto Rico blend plus glass beads! There people were all very professional and had a lot of experience which relieved any stress I had. We also had a water heater replaced…..that also was completed promptly and professionally. The pool now looks absolutely outstanding! I surely recommend this company.
I had a very very large job. Our house was a fixer upper and we needed new landscaping, decking, our pool was leaking and it was an overall mess.
Cody came in and really did a great work on it. We removed the old spa and put in a grotto which is beautiful and the kids love it. Literally built a whole new pool and backyard for us and a fire pit area and whole new fencing and turf.
It did not come without hiccups though as there was a lot of GC turnover on our job which required a lot more management on our end to ensure all the punch list items were done and done correctly. Our project took a lot longer than originally anticipated but it was worth the wait. I am also a small business owner and empathize with the aspect of finding honorable and hard working employees.
The pictures speak for themselves but lastly I will say this… the best decision of going with TPP was Cody and his integrity and customer service. EVERYTHING is above board and he will treat you fairly and right despite what is happening on the job. Things happen on jobs that aren’t predicted, that is life. The way he treats you, responds, and makes things right brings me comfort.
I have heard nightmares of other pool companies ghosting or doing terrible work and not standing by it. You do not have that worry here.
They for sure need to up the communication and send change orders to prevent pricing confusions. We had some confusions but Cody made it right.
The only reason my job does not get 5 stars is because of the self management, timing and turnover of staff (which I think is a good thing long term for TPP). At the end of it, we have a beautiful backyard to enjoy and watch our kids grow up in and we we’re treated fairly through the process. They are worth it.
Texas pool professionals completely transformed our backyard… working with Cody, Red and Kristen was great. They helped put our ideas together. They outdid themselves, will definitely work with them in the future..
