Everything is so much more functional with the new
Rod iron fencing and gates. Retaining walls are stunning. And I have a full yard of St Augustine grass now. And a new rock mailbox. Couldn’t be any happier. Those guys are amazing!
Absolutely pathetic service. I have used Lawn Connections for almost four years and quite frankly I’m a fool for continuing to extend second chances.
Horrible customer service! I can count on two hands the amount of times they have no showed, with no excuses no attempt to contact me for a makeup, nothing.
Orlando, the manager, sincerely needs some serious work in customer service. When I explained to him that my lawn had not been mowed in over two weeks, he stated we cannot control the weather and hung up on me. I live on the top of a hill and was able to have another local individual mow my lawn just fine. As have all of my neighbors. I shouldn’t have to run over and ask my neighbor’s lawn service to mow my yard because Lawn Connections is too lazy to complete it. Furthermore, if a company is unable to come due to rain, I would presume you would contact the customer, explain the situation, and schedule a make up on one of the many sunny days that have since occurred. Particularly since this courtesy has been requested in writing more than once.
Save your time and money, this company isn’t worth it. There are plenty of local individuals that do a better job anyways.
Where do I start.
My yard was not cut for a couple months and not to mention the guy I had cutting my yard previously didn’t do a great job but it kept the HOA off my back.
Lawn Connection came in and over exceeded expectations. My wife made it home before me and my whole ride home she was explaining how much better they were than the previous guy. When I made it home I was amazed at how much better the overall house looked with an exceptional cut. I’ll definitely continue using there services and recommend to all my neighbors.
Lawn Connections was first class from start to finish. They provided us with detailed plans of the work including a breakdown of costs and gave us several different options. They were punctual, communicative (they created a text thread with all of the team members and us) and responsive. The work was exactly as described. We had some issues with the incredibly difficult summer and they addressed everything. One thing that stands out is the service after the sale. They were just as professional after the initial work was completed as they were before and during. These guys should be the template for not only the landscape industry, but any “project” industry. We could not recommend them more highly.
We were extremely pleased with the services offered by Lawn Connections. Most impressive was the crew that installed our new landscaping their attention to detail and thoroughness was superior. Although Lawn Connections is not the lowest bidder they do top notch work. If you are looking for a firm to get the job done the right way the first time that is extremely productive from start to finish, Lawn Connections is a great pick. Our sales representative, Danielle Thornton followed up closely on every step of the process from start to finish to make sure we were fully satisfied and gave great advice on landscaping design decisions making sure we did the right thing for problem areas. Danielle showed up right away after our initial request to meet us and walk down what we needed to be completed. Overall very prompt and responsive customer centric service.
