I needed to do a small repair to my sprinkler system and after being referred by Lowes, i found the staff here to be very helpful. Although i had a small list, they gave me information and were patient in answering all my questions I thank you very much and encourage everyone to support this great business
One of the employees an older man driving a company truck in a parking lot revved up to intimidate (I assume) my daughter and myself before driving way to close to us. After he parked I asked what was going on and he made a rude remark. I cannot believe a person would drive so aggressively in a company truck and would put two lives in damger to get to a parking spot.
Its unfortunate. The store carries great supplies, but the worst costumer service I have experienced. For 3 years The older gentlemen in the front does not value my business.Ill be taking my money elsewhere.
