Bull appliances are with no doubt best quality-price brand for outdoor kitchens, bbq island, grill island, summer kitchens, we have been selling this brand since 2017 with no problems in our showroom in south florida, customer service and warranty very reliable. Fully recommended.
Bought a Bull outdoor ice machine through a dealer. Makes a noise so loud that even though it’s outside, it has woken my wife and I up at night.
The dealer tells me I need to work with the warranty group at Bull. The warranty group blames everything on “dispatch” which is really the manufacturer and a separate company who hides behind Bull. There is a service tech who is not affiliated with anyone (sent by “dispatch)” that says they have no idea what causes the problem and thinks I need a new one. Nobody takes responsibility and blames the other party. This has been going on 30+ days and still not fixed. They now seem to be on a path of trying to replace parts (cheapest one first) one by one until it’s fixed or the warranty runs out.
Currently working with an attorney to prepare a claim against all parties.
This “company” is a scam. I ordered a pizza oven with expectations of receiving it within 7-10 days after purchasing. After three weeks, I sent and email and didn’t get a response. I then made a phone call and was told there was a wearhouse delay due to tariffs but it would ship the week of 9/8. I was told that I would get an email. I called today, 9/9 and was given an entirely different story. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund and reported this to my bank as fraud. TOTAL SCAM!
I purchased an outdoor kitchen with Bull products. A refrigerator , model 12100 and a grill. No issues with the grill but the refrigerator quit working after 3 and 1/2 years as the compressor went bad. A friend also has his Bull refrigerator go bad after 3 years. The response from
bull was sorry, no help at all. The refrigerator portion of the outdoor kitchen was $1500, not cheap. Should get more than 3 and 1/2 years out of it. It was an outdoor rated fridge. Be very leery of purchasing this Bull product. It does not last and Bull customer service was no help.
my Bull BBQ rep has been Amazing! he has not only made a ton of sales calls with me, but he has helped me do onsite training for several customers. He has helped me to obtain renderings he has followed up beyond any expectations that i could have.
My Bull REP is Dennis Rodriguez, and he is better than the rest!
