Really impressed with the service provided by Brian at Select Pool Services. I called to get help with a pump issue, and he provided some troubleshooting tips on the phone before coming out in case I could resolve it on my own. I wasn’t able to fix it so he came out the next morning. Turned out to be some debris stuck in my pump impeller which he quickly fixed. Brian also assessed the state of my equipment and provided some recommendations for the future. I greatly appreciated all of this as a DIY pool owner and will definitely reach out to Select Pool Services for future repairs.

I reached out to this company around August 17th or 18th, I finally received a call from Brian Davis today (August 25), he tried to tell me he didnt get an email that I reached out until that very moment. We ended up hanging up when he caught an attitude.
Brian didnt stop there.
He took my number from the work database to text me from his cell phone with a very passive aggressive tone thrn ending with “good luck”
So, Brian is untrustworthy and will easily take potential customers information to use for his personal use on his cell phone when it was clear that it was to cause issues and not to help or be a positive rep for the company.
Can’t give a positive review. The experience was negative and I feel the company really doesn’t care about their customers needs. I’d find another company to contact for any pool repair.
